— 999ba Platform

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout the document:

• "Platform" means the 999ba website accessible at https://999ba.io and all associated services, features, games, and content offered therein.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the 999ba platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the 999ba platform, including the associated wallet balance and transaction history.
• "Services" means all products available on the 999ba platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other gaming or wagering product.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or welcome bonus amounts credited to a Player's account that are subject to separate wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by the Player using approved payment methods, net of any bonus funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total sum that must be wagered using Bonus Funds before those funds, or any winnings derived therefrom, become eligible for withdrawal as Real Money Funds.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" / "BST" means UTC+6, the time zone applicable to the territory of Bangladesh.
• "Taka" / "BDT" / "৳" means the official currency of Bangladesh, the Bangladeshi Taka, which is the primary transactional currency of the 999ba platform.

By accessing the 999ba platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 21 years of age and meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
• Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety;
• Have read and agree to the 999ba Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• Are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• Understand that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money wagered on the platform;
• Are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. 999ba reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 14.

3.1 Minimum Age. The minimum age to register and use the 999ba platform is 21 years. This requirement is strictly enforced. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned subject to verification of payment method ownership.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual natural person may hold only one active 999ba account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 999ba reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and retain any associated balances as an administrative penalty.

3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 Geographic Eligibility. The 999ba platform is designed for and marketed to players based in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own discretion and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable local laws or regulations in their country of residence.

3.5 Registration of Minors. 999ba strictly prohibits registration by individuals under 21 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has created an account on the platform, please contact [email protected] immediately. We will investigate and take prompt action.

4.1 Credential Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999ba username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, permit any third party to access your account, or use another player's account under any circumstances.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your 999ba account, you must notify the support team at [email protected] immediately. 999ba accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security precautions or has willingly shared their credentials.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC). 999ba reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Verification requests must be fulfilled within 7 calendar days of the request date. Failure to provide documentation within this period may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

4.4 Account Suspension. 999ba reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, collusion, money laundering, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation, or any other violation of these Terms. Players whose accounts are suspended pending investigation will be notified by email.

5.1 Approved Payment Methods. The 999ba platform accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. 999ba reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Player's account. 999ba does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's 999ba account instantly or within a few minutes of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during normal business hours. 999ba is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment accounts — including those belonging to family members — is strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed, and associated accounts may be suspended.

5.5 Currency. All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals on the 999ba platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any foreign currency conversions required by your payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.2 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering best practices and to protect Players against fraudulent withdrawal requests.

6.3 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business hours. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, public holidays including Eid and national holidays, or when identity verification is pending.

6.4 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Real Money Funds deposited by the Player are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to verification requirements.

6.5 Right to Withhold. 999ba reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) the Player has not completed identity verification; (b) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; (c) the withdrawal would bring the account below any applicable minimum balance threshold; or (d) the account is under investigation.

7.1 Welcome Bonus. New Players who register a 999ba account and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the 999ba welcome bonus of 200% up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the deposit must meet the minimum deposit threshold applicable to the promotion at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is credited to the Player's account as Bonus Funds.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds, including the welcome bonus, are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms published on the 999ba platform at the time the bonus is offered. Players must satisfy wagering requirements within the specified time limit, or the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

7.3 One Welcome Bonus Per Player. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

7.4 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting markets, live casino tables, and certain slot titles may contribute at different rates as specified in the bonus terms. 999ba reserves the right to modify game contribution rates with reasonable notice.

7.5 Promotional Offers. Reload bonuses, cashback promotions, seasonal campaigns, and other promotional offers are subject to individual terms published alongside each offer. 999ba reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus will be notified of any material changes that affect their active Bonus Funds.

7.6 Abuse of Bonuses. 999ba employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Any Player identified as exploiting bonuses — including through matched betting, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to clear bonus requirements without genuine recreational play — will have their Bonus Funds voided and may have their account suspended.

8.1 General Rules. All bets and wagers placed on the 999ba platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product. These rules are available within each game interface and constitute part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.

8.2 Finality of Results. All game outcomes and settled bets are final and binding. 999ba reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: (a) technical errors affecting game integrity; (b) manifest pricing errors on sports betting markets; (c) match abandonment or cancellation in accordance with applicable sportsbook rules; or (d) evidence of match-fixing or corruption affecting the relevant event.

8.3 Cricket Betting. Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test matches, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). In-play markets are settled based on the state of play at the time of settlement trigger. 999ba reserves the right to suspend cricket markets at any time during play where data integrity cannot be confirmed.

8.4 Maximum Bet Limits. 999ba reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on any game, event, or market at any time. Players who have been identified as professional bettors or who consistently achieve above-average returns may be subject to reduced maximum bet limits at 999ba's sole discretion.

8.5 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure during a game session — including but not limited to disconnection, server error, or software malfunction — 999ba will use reasonable efforts to restore the session to its state immediately prior to the failure. Where this is not possible, the affected bet or game round may be voided and the stake returned. 999ba accepts no liability for consequential losses arising from technical failures.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999ba platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or permitting another person to use your account;
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Participating in, or having knowledge of, match-fixing or any corrupt activity affecting events available for betting;
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers through matched betting, arbitrage, or other abuse techniques;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 999ba staff or other players via any communication channel.

10.1 Commitment. 999ba is committed to promoting responsible gambling for all players across Bangladesh. The platform provides a range of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered Players from within the account settings dashboard at any time.

10.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available on the 999ba platform at no cost to the Player:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net loss you can incur over a defined period;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 999ba content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of 999ba intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Third-party game content — including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other providers — remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.

12.1 The 999ba platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999ba makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of the platform or its content.

12.2 999ba shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) any transaction or wager placed on the platform; (c) unauthorised access to or alteration of your account; (d) technical failures or service interruptions; or (e) any third-party conduct on the platform.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits 999ba's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12.4 999ba's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

999ba collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference and available at https://999ba.io/privacy-policy. By using the 999ba platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

999ba uses personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and communication of promotional offers where the Player has consented to receive such communications. 999ba does not sell personal data to third-party advertisers.

All data transmitted between your device and the 999ba platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Financial transaction data is processed through PCI-compliant payment gateways including bKash, Nagad, and other approved providers.

999ba reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 999ba will provide notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 999ba platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable principles of fairness and good faith. 999ba operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to serving Bangladeshi players. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the 999ba platform shall be resolved in the first instance through good-faith negotiation between the Player and 999ba.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladesh law.
